On the 29th of July we visited the 3 michelin star restaurant the librije. We had a very warm welcome from ” Librije’s atelier” chef Arjan Bisschop with coffee and madeleines.
After some cooking we enjoyed the librije experience by getting a guided tour.

Monday the 2nd of March we made a visit to the Lindenhoff farm to discover with all of our senses the whole proces of the farm. After that we made a market basket with products to do some ready steady cook.
